Shelley Brook - Assistant Manager
I am the Assistant Manager at Count On, specializing in bookkeeping and payroll. With a unique background that combines a degree in music with a strong aptitude for mathematics, I bring a creative yet analytical approach to financial management. I actively help develop and perfect our team’s work management software, which streamlines processes and keeps us organized. My diverse background enables me to relate to clients who may not have an accounting education, and I focus on communicating complex financial concepts in a clear and accessible manner. This skill has proven invaluable in building trust and rapport with clients, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their financial decisions.

Scott Wilson - Senior Accountant
My professional experience includes over 20 years' experience with a CPA firm providing tax, accounting, auditing and consulting services.  My accounting and related education includes a masters degree in accounting and a bachelor's of science degree in economics.  I enjoy using my knowledge and professional experience to help our clients through their various business ventures and day-to-day challenges.

Ricky Meyer - Staff Accountant
 I have worked with numbers at many different businesses including the Division of Treasury, the Department of Corrections, Social Services, the hospital, and tax preparation at local firms. 

At UAA I received my Bachelor of Business in Accounting and specialized in forensic accounting. Though that's where I graduated, I also attended UAF in Fairbanks and UAS in Juneau.

Lynn Hessin - Administrative Assistant
I bring over 40 years of management and front office experience to Count On. I have a degree in Human Services, which has equipped me with the skills necessary to assist clients with patience and compassion. I enjoy being part of a team that is dedicated to helping people to the best of their abilities. Sharing a smile and a laugh makes each day the best.

Court Griffin - Founder
 I have started many businesses over the years with a specialty in accounting and tax.  With a dedication to continuous learning, Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA intermingled with entrepreneurship bring real-world application to optimize tax strategies for all our clients. I established Count On LLC in 2009 to help those closest to me reduce their tax liabilities and make sound accounting decisions.  Over the past 15 years we have incorporated these practices for hundreds of businesses that we have worked with.

Stephanie Bowen - Bookkeeper
I’m a bookkeeper with over seven years of experience at Count On. Before that, I worked at a counselor's office, managing medical billing and finances, which sparked my passion for numbers and organization. I’m QuickBooks Online certified and love helping clients understand their finances better.

Tabitha Anderson - Office Manager
I am Tabitha Anderson, a seasoned accounting professional with over 16 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and tax services. I hold an associate's degree in accounting from the University of Alaska Anchorage. As the Office Manager at Count On LLC, I play a pivotal role in client onboarding, managing staff, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records for nearly 80 clients. My dedication to client service is evident through my hands-on approach, whether it's conducting bookkeeping cleanups, handling payroll, or fostering long-term client relationships.

Erin  - Staff Accountant
My career path has been diverse, yet one common thread has been my love for problem-solving and working with data.   I hold a degree in Aerospace Engineering and spent several years in Southern California's aerospace industry after college.  During this time, I trained and competed with the US Skydiving Team, which led me into bookkeeping- a role i quickley grew passionate about.  I pursued accounting and QuickBooks courses to deepen my knowledge and discovereed how much I enjoy supportin g blients that make a business run smoothly.
